2. What data we collect
We collect information you give us directly when you contact us, including your name, email address, phone number, company name, service interest, and message content. If you consent to analytics or marketing cookies, we also collect standard technical data such as pages visited, time on site, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP address, and device or browser type. Embedded social content may collect data under the relevant platform's own policy.
3. How we use your data
We use enquiry information to respond to requests and provide quotes or proposals; client information to deliver contracted services; consented analytics and marketing information to understand and improve site use; and security information to prevent spam and abuse. We may also retain records where required to meet legal or accounting obligations.

4. Who we share data with
We do not sell or rent personal data. We may share information with our in-house CRM, our email and hosting providers, Google for reCAPTCHA and, where consent is given, analytics or advertising; and X or Meta only where consented embedded feeds are used. The original policy states that RC Media does not currently transfer personal data outside the UK/EEA for these purposes.
5. How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry data only as long as reasonably necessary to respond and follow up. Client data is kept for the working relationship and a further period where needed for legal or accounting obligations. Contact us for clarification about a specific deletion date.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, or receive your personal data in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time where consent is used. Email hello@rcmedia.net to exercise a right. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
7. Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies support core site functions. Analytics and marketing cookies are intended to run only with consent. Read the Cookie Policy for categories and preference information.
8. Security and children
RC Media states that it uses reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Its services are aimed at businesses and it does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.
